So what is this blog all about? A question that I have not answered myself.
In main it will be a platform to share my random railway projects with liked minded individuals (and not doubt a huge number of internet bots).
I have been involved in the hobby of model railways since a young age, both my father and granddad had a keen interest, by father still does despite being in his 80s.
I have never managed to complete layout, that has to change. I have wide and varied collection of models, from 014 Narrow gauge (7mm scale using 14mm track to represent 2ft gauge narrow gauge), to American HO, European HO, Austrian HOe and some British 00 stock. All of which will appear on this blog at some point.
It is my wide range of interests that inspired the name of the blog. Currently I have 2 layouts under construction. A HO scale US outline shelf layout and small cameo layout that will be sit in my home office.
So starts the sharing of my hobby, once I figure out how to add pictures to a blog post…
